Theatre Tuscaloosa Announces Spring Audition Workshop

March 8, 2018 – Theatre Tuscaloosa Academy will offer a free mock audition workshop on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Wilson Carr Rehearsal Hall on the Martin Campus of Shelton State Community College (9500 Old Greensboro Road).

The Triple Threat Audition Workshop is available for those age sixteen and up. This mock audition workshop prepares actors for a real audition by requiring a one-minute monologue, sixteen bars of a musical theatre song, and a small piece of choreography learned on-site. Dance shoes and appropriate attire are preferred for the dance portion.

Those who participate will receive feedback from executive producer Tina Turley and other experienced theatre practitioners.
