Buccaneer Books+ provides all required textbooks, lab manuals, access codes, and digital textbook versions to eligible students.

Buccaneer Books+ does not include consumables that cannot be returned and reused, such as lab goggles, dissection kits, molecular model kits, engineering kits, art kits, welding kits, cosmetology kits, or nursing kits.

All eligible students will be automatically enrolled in the Buccaneer Books+ program.

The $24 per credit hour charge is automatically added to the accounts of students upon registering for eligible courses. Payments from grants, scholarships, and other financial aid can be applied to the program’s charges.

While it is NOT recommended, students have the option to opt out of the Buccaneer Books+ program each term during the opt-out window. Opting out means you will not receive access to your required course materials in a convenient package at a discounted rate.

The opt-out window for Spring 2025 begins December 10, 2024, and ends January 16, 2025.

Please Note: Students are automatically enrolled in the program each term. Therefore, students wishing to opt out of the program must do so each term.

Students can opt out of the program by going to the Barnes and Noble College (BNC) Opt-Out Page and logging in with their OneACCS credentials.

Buccaneer Books+ is an “all or nothing” program, meaning students must choose to opt out of all courses or remain in Buccaneer Books+ for their full course schedule.
