Shelton State Dance Program Hosts “Dance Up Close” Spring Concert

March 25, 2024 – Shelton State Community College’s Dance program will host its “Dance Up Close”  Spring Dance Concert on Thursday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m. in the Martin Campus D-Rooms.

Under the direction of Dance Program Coordinator Miranda Zapata, the spring showcase will feature multiple works of dance performed by a talented group of Shelton State students. Performers include Zachaeus Hundley, Shelbie King, Carli Taylor, and Sonya Ward.

“Every member of our team, both those working behind the scenes and our dancers, has worked tirelessly to craft this performance, and we are so excited to share it!” stated Zapata. “This is a great opportunity for members of the community to support our students and enjoy a night of art.”
