Shelton State Community College Wintermester 2022 Registration Now Open As Second Fall Term Registration Continues

September 12, 2022 – Registration for Shelton State Community College’s 2022 Wintermester is now open.  A two and a half week mini-term, Wintermester 2022 will begin on Monday, December 5, 2022, and conclude with final exams on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

Wintermester’s schedule of classes includes options in art appreciation, business, economics, literature, nutrition, mathematics, music, orientation, psychology, and statistics.  A complete list of classes is available at sheltonstate.edu/wintermester.

In addition to Wintermester 2022, the College continues registration for its second fall term.  Classes for the second fall term will begin on Monday, October 10 and conclude with final exams the week of December 5.

“Our mini-terms grow in popularity from year to year, especially for our transient student population,” stated Amanda Harbison, Shelton State’s Dean of Students. “The Wintermester course offerings are a terrific way for our students to focus on a single course and pick up extra credit before the beginning of the spring term.”

Space for Wintermester is limited, and interested students are encouraged to register early.
