The ServSafe® program is the premier food safety training offered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.   Proper safety training through the course aids in the prevention of food-borne illnesses.

“Food safety training is an important part of increasing the number of qualified employees for the hospitality industry,” stated Rachel Waldrop in SSCC’s Workforce Development.  “Through this course, we will instill a heightened sense of safety awareness and better prepare our workforce.”
