May 20, 2025 – Shelton State Community College’s Workforce Development will offer ServSafe® food safety training July 28-29, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on the College’s Martin Campus. The fee for the eight-hour course is $175 and includes the course textbook and exam voucher. Students must register no later than June 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

The ServSafe® program is the premier food safety training offered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. Proper safety training through the course aids in the prevention of food-borne illnesses.
