Shelton State Community College to Co-Sponsor Community Thanksgiving Dinner

November 7, 2023 – In cooperation with Spades Restaurant and Lounge, The Big Dawg Dre Day, Alabama One Aspire Foundation, Reenter Reclaim, DB, and PARA, Shelton State Community College will host the 2^nd Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner at the McDonald Hughes Community Center on Tuesday, November 14 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The event is free, and all are invited to attend.

In addition to a traditional Thanksgiving meal, attendees will be entertained by a live DJ and a performance by Lock’d Band.

“We are excited to kick off the 2023 season of gratitude and thanks,” said Joe Eatmon, the College’s Dean of Community Relations.  “In that spirit, we sincerely appreciate the support of all our co-sponsors, and we look forward to sharing this special event with our community.”
