Shelton State Community College Offering Healthcare Continuing Education

April 26, 2021 – Shelton State Community College Workforce Development (SSCC) is now offering online healthcare continuing education courses. Course options are designed to meet the needs of busy professionals. Each program includes the final exam and delivers a dated certificate and professional seal.

The new training is provided through 4Med+ and includes a variety of topics. The average study time per course is one to three hours, and all courses are self-paced and online. Most courses are $59.

“We are pleased to be able to offer this flexible option to our healthcare industry,” stated Rachel Waldrop, the College’s Community Education Specialist. “By providing this self-paced option, we hope to meet the needs of the individual as well as the needs of our community.”
