SHELTON STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TO HOST VIRTUAL HAPPY HOUR

Tuscaloosa, Alabama – As part of their celebration of Health Information Professionals Week, Shelton State Community College’s Health Information Technology (HIT) program will host a Virtual Happy Hour on Zoom on Tuesday, October 27 at 6:00 p.m.  The event is free and open to all health information professionals, current and former HIT students, and individuals interested in the College’s HIT program.

 

HIT Virtual Happy Hour will be a casual virtual gathering.  Program instructors will share information about HIT, showcase program opportunities, and introduce current HIT students.  Time will be provided for discussion and questions.

 

“We are excited about seeing old and new faces at our upcoming happy hour,” stated Janice Washington, HIT instructor.  “In the spirit of celebration, we encourage all participants to share the registration link with friends or family members who might share their interest in this terrific program.”

 

Registration is required.  Participants may visit HIT Virtual Happy Hour to RSVP.
