Shelton State Community College Community Education Offers How-to Course in Chocolate

November 5, 2018 – Shelton State Community College Community Education is offering a one-night-only course, “Chocolate: Your Holiday How-to,” on Thursday, November 15 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on the College’s Fredd Campus. The course fee is $45 and includes all supplies. Seating is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

In the course, attendees will learn about high-quality chocolate from around the globe, and discover hands-on chocolate-making techniques designed to enhance any holiday get-together.
