Shelton State Community College Bass Fishing Sports Club Hosts Open Bass Tournament

October 12, 2018 – Shelton State Community College’s Bass Fishing Sports Club will host an open bass tournament on Saturday, October 20 at Binion Creek Landing in Northport, Alabama, from safe light until 3:00 p.m. Registration will begin at 4:00 a.m.

The entry fee for the tournament is $100. Sixty percent of the entry fee will go to the payout, and 40% will benefit the Shelton State Fishing Team and Scholarship Fund.

The mission of the Shelton State Bass Fishing Sports Club is to encourage camaraderie, sportsmanship, integrity, leadership, and conservation. Skills and knowledge are developed to create successful, competitive anglers.
