Shelton State Collegiate 100® to Host Third Annual Awards Gala

March 18, 2026 – Shelton State Community College’s (SSCC) chapter of Collegiate 100® in partnership with 100 Black Men of West Alabama, Inc., will host its Third Annual Awards Gala on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the McDonald Hughes Center. Tickets and sponsorships for the semi-formal event are available for purchase by visiting Collegiate 100 Gala 2026.

An inspiring evening that beautifully blends celebration and purpose, the Gala is hosted by the 100 Black Men of West Alabama, Inc. (100 BMOWA) and honors the dedication and commitment of 100 BMOWA and Collegiate 100® members who strive to make a lasting impact in our community.

Educator, author, and activist Dr. Wes Bellamy will serve as the keynote speaker.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit scholarship students, as well as ongoing projects for Collegiate 100® Chapters.
