Shelton State to Host Healthcare Workforce Orientation

April 1, 2026 – Shelton State Community College (SSCC) Workforce Development will host a Healthcare Workforce Orientation on Tuesday, April 7 at 6:00 p.m. on the College’s Martin Campus. This free session will be held in Workforce Development and is ideal for individuals who are already registered for healthcare programs through SSCC Workforce Development or are interested in enrolling.

Available healthcare programs through SSCC Workforce Development include the following:

• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Clinical Medical Assistant
• Dental Assisting Program
• Medical Administrative Assistant
• Medication Aide Program
• Patient Care Technician
• Pharmacy Technician Program
• Phlebotomy Technician Program

Registration for courses is available through the orientation session.
