Shelton State Community College Athletes Recognized for Academic Achievement

July 18, 2022 – Student athletes at Shelton State Community College were recently acknowledged for their academic achievement in the 2021-22 academic year.

The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) recognizes student-athletes for their dedication in the classroom on the NJCAA All-Academic Teams and honors them with one of three NJCAA All-Academic Student-Athlete Awards according to the following qualifying grade-point averages:

NJCAA All-Academic First Team: 4.00 GPA

NJCAA All-Academic Second Team: 3.80-3.99 GPA

NJCAA All-Academic Third Team: 3.60-3.79 GPA
