Open Records Request

In accordance with the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees’ Policy 222.01 and the Chancellor’s Procedure for Policy 222.01 Open Records Requests the College is required to electronically publish its open records request procedures and the form that must be submitted by a resident of the state when requesting public records from the College.

 

 

The College has designated the Dean of Human Resources as the College’s public records officer for purposes of this procedure, Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees’ Policy 222.01, and Alabama Code Sections 36-12-40 through 36-12-46.
