Collegiate 100

The primary purpose of the Collegiate 100 program is to provide an avenue for 100 Black Men chapters to continue their one-on-one and group mentoring to students as they matriculate from high school to college. Shelton State’s Collegiate 100, along with local chapters at The University of Alabama and Stillman College, is sponsored by the 100 Black Men of West Alabama. It is the mission of the Collegiate 100 to assist in implementing the initiatives of the 100 Black Men, which include education, economic empowerment, leadership development, health & wellness, and especially mentoring.

Collegiate 100 membership is open to all currently enrolled Shelton State students.  Collegiate 100 meets every third Friday of the month during the fall and spring semesters on the Martin Campus in Room 2255. To join or find out more information, contact Eric Prewitt at eric.prewitt@sheltonstate.edu or 205.391.3977.
