Steps to complete ELO 100: 1. Read Frequently Asked Questions about ELO 100. 2. Register for ELO 100. Proceed to registration. 3. ELO 100 will be completed in Blackboard. After registering for ELO 100 in the student portal, you will have access to the course in Blackboard approximately two hours after registration. Log into BLACKBOARD 9. 4.
