Financial Aid Forms
Students must have completed the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov and have received a Student Aid Report (SAR) from the US Department of Education before completing the forms below.
If planning to attend Fall 2011, Spring 2012, and/or Summer 2012 you must complete the 2011-2012 FAFSA using 2010 federal income tax information.
If planning to attend Fall 2012, Spring 2013, and/or Summer 2013 you must complete the 2012-1013 FAFSA using 2011 federal income tax information.
2012-2013 (Starts Fall 2012 and continues until Summer 2013)
Students selected for verification for the 2012-2013 will be required to submit an OFFICIAL IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT, not a tax return to complete the verification process. This is a new federal regulation and we are required to obtain the TAX TRANSCRIPT, not the tax return. Students selected for verification will be notified by mail beginning in April. Please read the letter you receive very carefully and return the requirements listed in the letter as soon as possible. The priority deadline for fall 2012 is July 2, 2012. Students must submit their FAFSA and all documentation by this deadline to receive their award during registration. Information received after this deadline will be processed on a first come, first serve basis and students may experience a delay in their funding.
