Shelton State Community College is pleased to offer Workeys job profiling, assessment, and training through its WorkKeys Service Center located in the department of Corporate Training and Community Education. As a national workforce development system developed be ACT, the WorkKeys system is the most advanced measure of the workplace skills needed for successful applicant selection and training. Through WorkKeys profiling and assessments, employers are able to hire and retain the high-performance workforce necessary to compete sucessfully in today's economy.
WorkKeys allows employers to:
- Identify the key job skills and the levels of competency needed to meet entry level job requirements
- Compare the skill levels of applicants against the minimum job skill level requirements
