Shelton State ServSafe® Food Safety Training

Thank you for your interest in our ServSafe® Food Safety Training course!  We have updated our course materials to include the new ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition book.

Food safety in a food service establishment is non-negotiable.  Each year an estimated six to twelve million Americans contract food borne illnesses as a result of contamination by microorganisms.  These illnesses are preventable.  Proper training is the key to preparing food in a safe environment.  The ServSafe® program is the premier food safety training offered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF).
