Shelton State ServSafe® Food Safety Training

Food safety in a foodservice establishment is non-negotiable.  Each year an estimated six to twelve million Americans contract foodborne illness as a result of contamination by microorganisms.  These illnesses are preventable.  Proper training is the key to preparing food in a safe environment.  The ServSafe® program is the premier food safety training offered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF).
